GenZ<\/a> was the generation that was raised alongside the internet. The internet as we know it was new, and GenZ was growing up at the same time that the internet was finding its feet in the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was, truly, a better time for children on the internet, as there weren’t the same risks<\/a> as GenAlpha<\/a> has. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the early 2000s to the mid-2010s, there were quite a few trends on the internet. Facebook games<\/a> and websites like GirlsGoGames<\/a> ruled over younger kids, and kids old enough to access it got to watch videos on the video titan, YouTube.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

YouTube had its own trends at this time. Videos like “Nyan Cat”,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
